We are seeking a caring pastor who can guide us, expand our parish family both spiritually as well as in numbers, and join the Perquimans community and help to continue it to grow as well.

Our first step in growth will be in our own journey to expand our spiritual life through Bible study programs, though guidance from our new rector’s meaningful sermons and pastoral care, and through enhancing our worship services with music.  We have already made some inroads in the latter by encouraging members to join our small choir led by a talented organist and choir director.

Holy Trinity also has a large range of hand bells and supports their being used by our members as well as volunteers from local parishes and towns.  We are opening new paths for our members to become Lay Readers, Altar Guild participants and Eucharistic Ministers.  We are looking forward to an exciting path to spiritual growth with our new rector.

Following our motto, “Small Church with a Big Heart” Holy Trinity emphasizes outreach ministries through Open Door, providing an opportunity to sing through our growing Choir, the great work done by our Altar Guild, our lay readers, and our Fellowship Hour hosts.
