St. Paul’s is a healthy program-sized church in a dynamic diocese. We are stewards of a 10-acre campus in the suburbs of Louisiana’s third largest city. Shreveport has both a rich history and enormous potential for the future. It is an exciting mission field! The beginning and end of what we do is worship. On Sunday mornings, we have a reserved Rite I and lively family-oriented Rite II service. We have also begun a younger adult worship service called “The Way.” Our “Wonderful Wednesdays” feature a morning healing Eucharist and an early evening simple Eucharist followed by a parish family dinner and programs for all ages.

We also have a thriving preschool. On weekday mornings, the children attend chapel. We are seeking a priest with pastoral sensitivity and enthusiasm for worship and ministry to work in partnership with the Rector in all areas of ordained ministry. We intend to use the God-given gifts of our next Associate Rector to serve specific needs of the church and its neighbors as the Holy Spirit leads.
