We seek a rector to be our pastoral leader in ministry and who will respect our distant and immediate pasts while forging our future.  We seek a visionary leader gifted with skills in congregational development who is an engaging preacher and has a passion for pastoral care.

We are steeped in a century of local history.  We worship through multiple means & in different ways on Sundays.  We gather during the week for services, study, and service.  Music and fellowship are important to us.

We share an enduring, close relationship with St. Stephen’s Episcopal School (a private, independent Episcopal college preparatory)— the school’s genesis in the 1970 is linked to the church and its 35-acre campus is immediately adjacent to the church.

We are blessed with a beautiful church & campus.  Our majestic architecture, bell tower, and red doors serve as landmarks for worshipers and passersby alike.

The shores of the Gulf of Mexico & Anna Maria Island are only several miles away. In addition to the comfort of Florida sub-tropical climate, where the days are full of warm tropical breezes off the Gulf of Mexico, our area enjoys numerous cultural, sporting, and entertainment attractions. Bradenton affords easy access to the cities of Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.
