What we seek in a priest?

Someone who feels aligned with our mission statement & will help us live into that mission; a leader to inspire others and develop new & expand on existing programs; enthusiasm to leverage strengths; to grow in size and spirit, who comes with experience, ideas & is focused on pastoral care. Well-crafted & relevant sermons, using storytelling making lessons of the Bible relevant in everyday life.

We want a partnership.

Leading a parish will require a partnership between clergy & lay members, to guard against burnout. Part-time clergy is our standard over the last 7 years. Lay leadership have taken the initiative to drive programs. Fellowship, social media presence, live streaming, monthly newsletters, fundraisers, along with Bible study and outreach are well developed programs within Trinity. Our members accept and embrace the responsibility of pastoral care.
