Director of all Emmanuel’s administrative operations and communications and parish financial activities, including supervisory roles. A flexible, customer service oriented individual required. 32 hours/week, primarily in-person. Remote work negotiated. Occasional evening meetings required.
Responsible for all financial transactions of the church and preschool and payroll. Provides input to annual budget and stewardship.
Oversee daily operations of the church and its facilities. Work with the team to address facility maintenance and repairs.
Manage all human resource functions.
Work closely with the Preschool Director on scheduling, facilities, and finances and provide daily support as needed to preschool staff.
Support parish leadershipwith church policies and procedures. Address congregant concerns/suggestions as needed. Maintain parish records in accordance with published Diocesan guidelines.
Reports directly to the Rector.
Required:
- Quick Books or other bookkeeping software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and delegation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal/people skills.
- Adapt to rapidly changing circumstances quickly and decisively.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality
Preferred:
4-year college degree
Salary negotiated based on experience and qualifications. Range of $52K – $55K plus benefits. |
