 Learn to lead The Path Ahead: Spirituality & Purpose in Later LifeSM,a curriculum on the spirituality of aging designed for co-facilitation and small groups. The Path Ahead combines guided discussion with contemplative practices to reframe aging for persons of faith. Participants grapple with ageism, identify changing spiritual needs, equip themselves with new prayer practices, and engage in discernment about God’s continuing call. Rejecting stereotypical views that define aging in terms of a singular narrative of decline, the series instead reveals this season of life as a time of spiritual growth and pursuit of purpose. This facilitator training for clergy and lay leaders meets four times over Zoom. Digital Curriculum & Resource Guide included with registration. Scholarships available; inquire. |
