A graduate of St. Augustine High School, Davis holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Houston and a Master of Educational Leadership with a certificate in Principalship from Arizona State University. He is also a Doctoral Candidate in Education with a focus on Leadership at Liberty University.

Davis’s educational career began as a middle school teacher in 2002.
