We seek a Vicar who will:

• lead worship, administer the sacraments, and preach the Gospel FOR TODAY so the parishioners experience spiritual growth and an exciting challenge to their faith.
• challenge St. Cyprian’s to recognize the needs of others, near and far, so parishioners may respond with time, talent, and treasure beyond the church in accordance with our mission.
• define and communicate opportunities for lay leadership, guide laity to model servant leadership in the work God has given us to do, encourage involvement from the parishioners, and recognize the wealth of lay talents.
• embrace each person as a beloved child of God and minister to the unique needs of each parishioner.

We also seek a Vicar who will:

• continue to maintain our legacy as a trusting, open, and safe environment for all parishioners and visitors.
• lead with humility and encourage parishioners to focus on what Jesus took seriously while emulating His love.
• lead us through this new chapter of ministry and mission with grace, empathy, compassion and will speak God’s truth in love to all
