Job Description
Are you looking to walk with Jesus into a neighborhood that is financially poor yet humanly rich in diversity and potential?  Do you desire to focus on justice, advocacy, collaboration, and feeding?  
St. Gabriel’s in NE Philadelphia, is a mission of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania with strong lay leadership and constant service to God and neighbor.  This is a call that is appointed by the Bishop, and is a part of the staff of the Diocese.  We desire in the next Vicar:
  • Bilingual competence in both conversation and liturgy (Spanish and English)
  • Deep skills in collaboration and fostering networks
  • Wants to focus on the local community.
