| The Transition Ministry Officer is called to serve and support the congregations of the Diocese of North Carolina, and to assist and advise the Bishops on issues of clergy transition, clergy recruitment, placement for the newly ordained, clergy continuing education, and interim ministry. This position requires good judgement, a sense of integrity and compassion, a high degree of confidentiality, the ability to work independently, excellent people skills, and the willingness and ability to work with others in both leadership and supportive roles.
