Applicants should have extensive experience in parish ministry and/or chaplaincy, including proven aptitude for cultivating programmatic growth. Strong preaching and writing skills are essential, as are openness, optimism, and flexibility. A personal commitment to the full inclusion and affirmation of LGBTQ persons in the Church is required. The salary range begins at $85,000, excluding SECA reimbursement for ordained clergy. Please submit a résumé with a letter to the rector, the Rev.
