| Holy Cross is on a quest to find a part-time rector to lead our community in building our already thriving ministries. For the right person, growing our congregation and thus growing our revenue stream will be one of the challenges we would like to overcome. Conquering these challenges will enable Holy Cross to fairly compensate our new rector in years to come. Although our member pledges have remained consistent to date, the uncertainties created by the pandemic could potentially affect this source of funding. With the right leadership, Holy Cross has the potential to grow significantly once it is again safe to gather. | |
