Westminster is a college town in Central Maryland, in an area that is becoming popular as a retirement destination with two large comprehensive care communities.  Picture beautiful rolling hills, easy access to the mountains of Western Maryland and Shenandoah National Park in VA, Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, the beaches of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and numerous Civil War battlefields including Gettysburg National Military Park. What would you like to do today?!

• We are looking for a rector who:
  Delivers sermons that both stir the heart and challenge the mind and relate the word of God to our everyday lives.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills- listens, is easy to talk to, has a sense of humor, is personable and genuine.
• Is committed to Episcopal traditions and attracting families with young children, as well as college students, singles, elders, and the unchurched children of God, while nourishing spiritual development and growth of our existing members.
• Will work with and support our youth ministry and aspire to incorporate youth into the full life and ministry of our church.
