We’re looking for a priest who will respect St. Mary’s traditional order of worship and will join us in enjoying the beauty of our rich ceremony. St. Mary’s is looking for a strong Anglo-Catholic liturgist who is able to sing the Mass or is willing to learn. We appreciate a pastoral leader who is an active listener, communicating well and with a sense of humor, as well as providing good counsel. St. Mary’s is looking for a leader to foster fellowship amongst ourselves at church gatherings as well as nurturing our continued community outreach. Despite St. Mary’s small size, we need someone with experience dealing with a complex church structure, since we have a large mortgage, own several properties and oversee multiple trusts.

While clearly, we’re attached to our traditions, at the same time, we seek renewal, change, and growth. We are ultimately concerned with growing our intellectually open and reflective community while still paying attention to structure and ritual.

Most of all, we are looking for someone who is excited about the prospect of being a part of our St. Mary’s family! We like to have fun, we appreciate beauty, and we want to help others. St. Mary’s is looking for someone to join us in our pursuit of scripture, tradition and reason with truth, beauty and love!
