We are seeking a rector who is passionate about leading our parish, who recognizes our unique history, will help us build upon our strengths while continuing to grow in all ways. We are calling a rector who can articulate God’s message in the Holy Scriptures in an accessible way, who is an engaging preacher and presence, and who will connect with all of our parishioners from the youngest child to the oldest man or woman. Our next rector should have capable administrative skills, the ability to build consensus and delegate, and have a healthy sense of humor to tackle the more serious issues we face. We seek a rector to lead a diversity of services and share his/her unique spiritual gifts. Lastly, we are looking for someone who will value our individuality and existing ministries, while offering a fresh perspective for creating new ones.
