| Are you the priest God has called to lead a small, resilient, 132-year-old parish at the iconic Jersey seashore? All Saints Church, in Bay Head, seeks a full-time rector gifted in pastoral care and preaching, someone who brings the liturgy to life through his/her understanding of our parish family. The ideal candidate would share our appreciation for traditional, broad church worship enriched by glorious music (even via Zoom); and would be willing to extend our schedule of services. The candidate would also possess the warmth, energy, and vision to partner with us in expanding our ministry in the broader community today and growing the church for the future. Most importantly, we seek a skilled communicator whose own experience enables him/her to listen with compassion and share “with gentleness and reverence” how we, too, can recognize and accept God’s grace, especially in difficult times. All Saints is a financially sound, welcoming, and active—albeit older—parish located 1 ½ hours from NYC and Philadelphia.
