• Pastoral Care: have empathy to care for people in their time of need and understand the importance of one-on-one pastoral care
• Administrative Skills: utilize sound decision making in ensuring the transparent and efficient use of the assets of the parish for the greater good of the community
• Development of People: guide members of the congregation to discern their gifts and talents for leadership and service to advance the vision of the parish
• Experience: a proven track record of serving and leading a diverse parish or comparable secular organization
• Outlook and Spirituality: possess energy and optimism that will motivate and enhance our established foundational values of welcome, hospitality and inclusion
