| Holy Innocents Church is seeking a full-time effectual and engaging Rector who directs and, in many cases, assists to empower and educate us in our worship and our ministries. We are inspired to call our next Priest who has the experiences, energy and spirituality to lead us to fulfillment of our spiritual needs and spiritual gifts. The congregation has identified the following wishful thinking list regarding our new Rector who will: • Inspire & motivate us to embrace creative change • Challenge us all to be involved & focused • Get to know us all through open and active listening • Visit us all, especially the sick and elderly • Inspire us with sermons that relate lessons to daily life • Be open to changes in the liturgy and music • Provide strong community involvement and leadership • Help us to grow spiritually • Share what is happening and what you think |
