For the last two years, we have had Interim Rectors who have guided and inspired us through a period of intentional discernment.  This period encompassed two goals:  1) Resolve issues that had led to impaired status, which was removed in January 2024;  2) Engage congregational leaders, members, and other stakeholders in a process to develop a mission statement to guide ongoing ministry development in preparation to call a permanent Rector.

The vestry appointed a team of six members who lead the process.  They held “Chat Sessions” in which over 40 members participated.  We gathered in small groups to hope, dream, and establish a unified sense of God’s call and purpose for us.  The mission statement below was crafted to be the foundation for ministry development in 2024 and beyond.

Our liturgical style is flexible and of moderate formality, with an aim to spark joy and reflection.  We are devoted to worship and seek to study and practice the teachings of Jesus  through our Sunday and Wednesday services, Bible study, active fellowship and community involvement.  Currently, Rite II is practiced on Sundays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at 12 p.m. Eucharist.
