Job Title: Parish Coordinator
Job Type: The Parish Coordinator is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of St Luke’s Church. He/she/they will serve as a focal point for church business, bookkeeping, membership data, communications, volunteers, and assisting the Rector (senior pastor and head of staff) to carry out the mission and ministry of St Luke’s. The Parish Coordinator is a part-time exempt employee expected to work 30 hours per week. The work will be done on-site with days/hours to be negotiated with the supervisor and advertised to the parish. More hours may be required at times, e.g. in preparation for special events such as Christmas or Easter, so flexibility and work balance will be agreed upon with supervisor.
Rate of Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary is $40,000.

- 403(b) retirement plan with 5% church contribution and up to 5% match for employee contribution for up to 10% total church contribution
- St Luke’s provides 12 days of vacation time to new employees as well as 12 days of sick leave annually to its employees. Time may be accumulated year over year. Additionally, the church observes 13 paid holidays for its employees.
