|We are a vibrant Episcopal community, located in the village of Glendale, 15 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Strong, relevant preaching, passionate worship, a focus on outreach, and pastoral care (by both clergy and laity) draw roughly 500 parishioners from many surrounding communities. Average total attendance at three Sunday services is about 200.
Current staff positions also include the Rector, a full-time Curate, a Vocational Deacon, a Parish Administrator, and part-time music staff.
The mission of Christ Church Glendale’s Music Program is to enhance worship through a broad array of musical genres rooted in our Episcopal tradition and provide a variety of opportunities for congregational engagement and church growth.
Christ Church Glendale has built a program known for its musical excellence and strong Episcopal traditions. We have two fine organs: the Hilborne Roosevelt organ, opus 25 (44/III) and the C.B. Fisk opus 146 (25/II). The church also has a 3-octave run of Schulmerich handbells.
