Job Description
St. Andrew’s School is an all-residential boarding school with 315 students in grades nine through twelve. We are seeking a head chaplain to lead spiritual life at the school, direct the school’s inclusive chapel program, and promote the schools’ Episcopal identity to all constituencies. The head chaplain also provides pastoral care to students, faculty and staff; leads the chapel team; teaches up to three courses in religious studies or another department; and maintains an active presence in the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware and the NAES.
