  • Design, organize and host regular podcast series with Episcopal and Anglican voices on challenges and opportunities facing the church today
  • Oversee the details of all of the foregoing programs and the budgeting and staffing required for each, always attentive to conforming to the available budget
  • Develop, in connection with the Assistant Director, compelling marketing materials (both print and online) to communicate the suite of new programs
  • With Director of Advancement, to act as fundraising steward for the initiative to engage donors and keep them informed of the impact of their giving
  • Develop and execute ongoing robust assessment systems to track the impact of the programs and to ensure the right data is captured to measure the effectiveness of the programs
  • Oversee the Assistant Director of Leadership Programs, who will (i) undertake admissions and recruitment efforts (ii) promote the programs online and with relevant audiences, and (iii) work to execute the programs, under the Executive Director’s supervision.
  • If qualified, the Executive Director will have the opportunity to contribute as a lecturer in appropriate Berkeley programs and especially in the Spring Leadership Colloquium
