| Under the direction of the Rector’s vision and leadership, the Director of Youth Ministry will serve within the Department of Family Ministry and be responsible for overseeing ministry for youth from 6th – 12th grade. The youth ministry at Incarnation will provide fun and spiritually formative programing for youth, with special emphasis on equipping parents to be the chief shepherds of their children. The Director of Youth Ministry will supervise any other youth staff and volunteers. The guiding principle of youth ministry at Incarnation will be that our youth are an integral part of the body of the church, and the church as such is the primary locus of their Christian formation and well-being.
In addition to the development and oversight of Incarnation’s youth ministry, the Director for Youth Ministry will serve liturgically and homiletically on Sundays as assigned. |
