The qualified candidate will be a metrics-driven, donor-centered fundraiser who thrives in a cross-functional, flexible, and relational culture. Essential experience includes working with volunteer leaders and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have:
• at least three years of proven fundraising experience
• knowledge of and appreciation for church and church culture.

This full-time position is designed in job description, compensation, and benefits for a professional who intends to remain with St. Paul’s for a while. Salary range available upon request.
