POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Director of Formation Ministries is responsible for the Christian Education and Formation programs at St. Matthias’ Episcopal Church, working in tandem with the Rector and other members of the staff. The Director of Formation Ministries will be responsible for the oversight of Christian Formation programs for all age ranges of parishioners.

This is a three-quarter-time position, maintaining office hours of 30 hours per week,

This position includes pension, medical and dental benefits. An allowance to help cover moving expenses is also offered.  This position is open to both Clergy and Lay members.
