Job Description
Who We Are:
Grace and St. Stephen’s is an historic Episcopal church located in downtown Colorado Springs. The parish is large (ASA of about 350) and very active. Our mission is to blur the lines between Heaven and Earth. We long to be a community in which people catch glimpses of Heaven. And we long to be a community that is helping to establish God’s reign on this Earth.

We hope to foster deeper spiritual experiences and deeper religious experiences. We work to form disciples who will then live a 24/7/365 faith in the world. We want ever more people engaged in the life of the Christian community: worshiping, studying, praying, serving, and being about their ministries together. We want to make an impact in our city, to see lives transformed by the love, mercy, and grace of God. We try to discern what the Holy Spirit is doing through and with us today, while also living into God’s dream for our future. We believe in excellence – because the ministries with which God is entrusting us are too important for anything less than our best.

This position will provide opportunities for leading worship, preaching, teaching, evangelism, spiritual practices, building relationships in the broader community, and pastoral care. Puts their heart into this ministry
