Job Description
Children & Families Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for facilitating Sunday morning educational programming throughout the year.
Responsibilities include:
-coordinating & maintaining classroom spaces for infants, early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school youth
-assisting program administration such as volunteer coordination, registration, attendance, and direction
-providing excellent hospitality to families and children throughout program hours
-occasional teaching and teacher support across program areas
-Reports directly to Head of Children & Families Ministry

Requirements:
-proven experience working in educational settings with young children
-flexibility with and willingness to work in a dynamic, faith-based environment (experience in the Episcopal Church preferred, but not required.)
-enthusiasm for excellent hospitality, non-anxious presence, and care for every kind of family
-independent, creative, and innovative approach educational program development
-B.A. preferred
