Job Description
All Saints’, Atlanta, seeks to call a talented and resourceful priest to be Associate Rector for Young Adults and Innovation. This position will be charged to build community among young adults, with a particular emphasis on those who are not yet connected with the parish via the joining of existing and the creation of new relational networks both in person and online. They will also provide leadership within an interdisciplinary team to further the mission of the church through the innovation of new expressions of the church’s life of worship, formation, and discipleship. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate clear skills in: community networking and collaboration, outstanding verbal and written communication, relationship and program building, and a comfort and tenacity for thinking outside of the box.

All Saints’ is a large, urban church in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The Associate Rector for Young Adults and Innovation would join a talented and committed team of colleagues, and as a member of the senior staff, would report directly to the Rector. Candidates should be comfortable working within a large staff team. All Saints’ offers a competitive compensation package.
