|The Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis seeks an experienced lay or ordained leader to support congregations, clergy, and lay leaders through transitions in clergy leadership. The successful candidate will demonstrate the skills and abilities to help congregational leaders navigate these significant opportunities for reconciliation and healing of past divisions, clear discernment of goals and challenges, and moving forward with renewed faith and clarity of mission.
The Associate for Transitions and Congregational Development will work directly with and report to the Canon to the Ordinary for Congregational Development and Leadership.
