Qualifications and Desired Experience

A deep commitment to the mission of Episcopal schools is crucial. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a member of senior leadership (as head of school, preferably) in an Episcopal school. Knowledge and experience in working with schools and boards around issues of Episcopal identity, leadership and governance, and administration is desired.

This position includes both in-person and virtual work elements. For example, traveling to association events and member schools is expected. However, the association has employees located across the country and also works with its members through Zoom and other technology. As such, there is not a requirement that the Associate Director relocate to the main office in New York. Ideally, the candidate is available for a July 1, 2022 start date.
