|St. Paul’s Episcopal Church|
|St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Brunswick, Maine, seeks a full time assistant rector for children and youth for a three-year fellowship.
St. Paul’s is a vital, energized and growing Christian community that worships, serves, prays, and learns together as the body of Christ for Christ’s sake in the world. For over 175 years, St. Paul’s ministry has been outward reaching, often serving as a germinator for projects such as our local soup kitchen and the town’s newly built day shelter for homeless people. Our inspiring, and creative worship equips parishioners to play an active part in the Episcopal branch of the Jesus Movement. St. Paul’s is excited to be living into a radical welcome for all and looks to re-imagine our engagement with children and youth. We celebrate the vibrant growth of our family ministry and joyfully nurture the many different kinds of families who find a spiritual home at St. Paul’s. Our mission includes serving our youngest members as well as our mature parishioners. The position includes development of Church school, youth and parent programs, engagement with the Diocese of Maine Christian Formation programs as well as celebrating the Eucharist, preaching and pastoral care.
