Job Description

  • Provide collaborative wisdom and program design/consultation as member of PCi Core Leadership Team
  • Provide program leadership and content development in person, online, and on demand
  • Assist with preaching cohort recruitment
  • Provide expert coaching on preaching
  • Assist with implementation of cohorts, seminars, residencies, and retreats within existing contract hours (supplemental contract possible if program demand and budget allow)

 Candidate Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of, and gifts in, preaching and the arts, especially in underrepresented communities, to inform PCi programming
  • Strong writing and clear communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow-through on agreed commitments
  • Ability to work from home and willingness to travel
  • Theological orientation congruent with Episcopal tradition
  • Graduate Degree(s) preferably in theology and/or education


  • Ability to teach art-making (painting, drawing, dance, music-making, poetry…)
  • Ability to travel to visit preachers and congregations in situ
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English

Location of Work:

The terms of this contract may be satisfied by working off-site. A minimum of bi-weekly communication with supervisor and Program Manager is required.
