Job Description
The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director to provide necessary organizational, logistical and managerial support for the Invite Welcome Connect ministry of the Beecken Center. Primary responsibilities will include the following: management of all aspects of the annual Summit at Sewanee; provides direction, supervision, and training for Invite Welcome Connect administrative and work-study staff, independently manages all aspects of facilitator, consultant, and coach certification and training; works with the Director in managing program budget and revenue; supports the Director as other needs arise in the promotion and continued development of Invite Welcome Connect.
