Job Description
Primary Purpose of Position: To provide clerical support for the Rector, Vestry and parish.

Work Schedule: Position is part time, 12 hours per week. Routine work schedule will be set by the employee and the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manages public communication including digital communication (i.e. Facebook).
-Prepares and sends out church publications such as the bulletin, lay ministry schedule and monthly newsletter.
-Maintains records and reports such as the annual meeting report and the parish register.
-Works with Rector to coordinate weddings and memorial services.
-Works with the vestry as needed.
Orders and procures office/Parish House supplies.

Qualifications:
-Able to use a computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint programs)
-Able to operate copy machines/printers and other office equipment
-Experience with Google groups and MailChimp a plus

-Willing to learn and innovate
-Has a good sense of humor, is flexible and has a lot of patience
