A one day conference for clergy, seminarians and others who minister to the spiritual well-being of trans* individuals and their families. It will include presentations, panels, Q & A, and suggested resources for further study.

Joan Rater and Tony Phelan, television writing and producing team (Grey’s Anatomy, Madam Secretary) and parents of a transgender child.

Austen Hartke, author of Transforming: The Bible and the Lives of Transgender Christians.

Rabbi Jo Hirschman, certified CPE educator who oversees spiritual care at the Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Barbara E. Warren, director of LGBT Programs and Policies in the Office for Diversity and Inclusion at Mount Sinai Health System.
