Dr. Douglas is the Dean of the Episcopal Divinity School at Union Theological Seminary in New York where she is the Bill and Judith Moyers Chair of Theology. She also serves as Dean of the Washington National Cathedral.

Dr. Baxter, retired bishop of the Central Pennsylvania Episcopal Diocese, is senior adjunct professor at Lancaster Theological Seminary and former Dean of the Washington National Cathedral.
