	On Sept. 27 the Rev. Canon Dr. Lizette Larson-Miller will deliver a three-lecture series entitled “Essential Baptism.” The lectures will explore fundamental questions surrounding baptism, sacramental initiation, and eschatological belonging. Hosted by the School of Theology, the lectures will be held in Guerry Auditorium on the campus of the University of the South. Lectures are free and open to the public. All are welcome and encouraged to attend on campus or via livestream webinar. The lecture schedule is as follows: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: Lecture One: Is Baptism Essential? 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.: Lecture Two: Sacramental initiation 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.: Lecture Three: Eschatological Belonging Learn more and register for the online webinar here.
