The Global Mission Commission of the Diocese of New York is delighted to extend an invitation to join us at St. Thomas Church, Mamaroneck on Saturday October 15th for the 6th Annual Global Mission Fair. Our theme this year is God’s Mission in Unexpected Places and keynote speakers the Rev. Canon Dr. Bill Schwartz, Archdeacon (ret’d) of the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf and the Rt. Rev. Griselda del Carpio, Bishop Iglesia Episcopal de Cuba, will present their thoughts on this subject, drawing inspiration from Ephesians 2:17-22. In addition, there will be an opportunity to meet with representatives from a number of Episcopal organizations working within the worldwide Anglican Community, experience live music from the youth choir Young at Arts and the Sustainable Development Goals grant partners for 2022 will be announced.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to St. Thomas Church, Mamaroneck for a day of fellowship, informative presentations and discussion, and worship. Registration begins at 8AM and tickets are $20 ($25 at the door), including lunch. There is a complimentary bus transfer departing and returning to Manhattan. Parking is available at the Church and the Mamaroneck Metro North Station is within walking distance. |
