[Anglican Communion News Service] Bishop Alan Scarfe of Iowa and Bishop Ellinah Wamukoya of Swaziland will be taking part in the consecration Aug. 25 of the Very Rev. Andrew Swift as new bishop of Brechin of the Scottish Episcopal Church. The service will take place at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Dundee and will be presided over by Scottish Episcopal Church Primus Mark Strange. The dioceses of Iowa, Swaziland and Brechin have shared a three-way companion link for the past 30 years.
