[Anglican Communion News Service] Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby is issuing an international call to prayer for evangelism leading up to Pentecost Sunday in 2017. The worldwide roll-out of the Thy Kingdom Come prayer initiative follows the success of a similar scheme this year when churches in the U.K. and around the world joined in what had been intended as a Church of England initiative.
