[Anglican Communion News Service] All Saints Cathedral in Juba was the setting for an ecumenical prayer service Aug. 18 organized by the South Sudan Council of Churches. Anglican Bishop of Rejaf Enoch Tombe Stephen welcomed the congregation on behalf of Archbishop Daniel Deng Bul, who was out of the country.
