RIP: Author, lecturer Phyllis A. Tickle dies at 81

ens_phyllisTickle[Episcopal News Service] Influential author and lecturer Phyllis A. Tickle died Sept. 22 after being diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year. She was 81. Tickle, of Lucy, Tennessee, was well known throughout The Episcopal Church and beyond as a writer and speaker on religion and spirituality. She served as a lay eucharistic minister in The Episcopal Church.
