Fabio Sotelo, a Hispanic missioners in the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta serving St. Bede’s Episcopal Church and the Catedral de San Felipe, both in Atlanta, attended the Church World Service Summit on Immigration Reform Oct. 7-8 in Washington, D.C.
